How does it work?
After you leave your details on this page, we will contact you to set a time for an initial assessment meeting with one of the rehabilitation, physiotherapy, orthopedic, or occupational therapy experts from the Sheba BEYOND remote rehabilitation team.
Step 1 - Assessment meeting. In this session, we’ll carry out a comprehensive motor assessment to examine the mobility of the hand, ranges of motion, and muscle strength. We will discuss any functional difficulties related to this and set the therapy goals.
Step 2 - Formulating a Personal Treatment Plan. After our assessment meeting, we'll formulate a personalized treatment plan to address the challenges we've identified. This plan will feature a series of exercises and focused activities for you to practice every day.
Step 3 - Online meetings. Once or twice a week, we'll meet online with the patient for guidance, instruction, exercises, and to modify the plan if necessary. Between your meetings, you will practice independently following the plan we’ve set up. The therapist will be able to receive information from the system about the consistency of the exercises and monitor the activity remotely.
Step 4 - After a series of treatments, a follow-up examination will be conducted to measure the mobility of the hand again to assess progress.
