From the moment of receiving a referral for psychiatric home hospital care, an accompanying intake team will be available to the patient, meticulously assessing the needs, expectations, and suitability for treatment in a homely environment.

Shortly after the initial contact, we will conduct a preliminary interview online to clarify general details about the referral. Subsequently, we will invite the patient for an online or face-to-face interview with the intake team, which includes a coordinating nurse and a psychiatrist. During the conversation, the team will learn about your difficulties, general background, your expectations, and your therapeutic needs.

At the end of the conversation, we will decide together if the service is suitable for you. If we determine suitability, we will tailor a treatment package for you, followed by an intake process where we will introduce you to the support treatment team and the treatment protocol. After that, we will familiarize you with the technological system that enables online treatment.
