Online Pediatric Surgical Follow-up

Sheba BEYOND, in collaboration with the surgical department at the Safra Children's Hospital at Sheba, conducts follow-ups on girls and boys who have undergone surgery and have been discharged from the department. The follow-up call is made within 48 hours of discharge.

How does it work?

After reading the release letter, representatives from the Sheba BEYOND nursing team will contact you, the parents, by phone to check on your child's well-being and to clarify whether the recommendations for medication or the special instructions provided in the release letter are understood and being followed.

If you have a question regarding home care, please mention it during the conversation, and we will ensure that a doctor or a nurse from the surgical department will contact you and provide an answer.

What's the benefit?

Our service helps your family recover and return to normal life with a sense of security and support, even after being discharged from the department. Sometimes, our follow-up calls can identify situations early on that require further medical consultation or readmission to the hospital.
